About Jill

Jill is widely respected for treating her clients like family and being very protective of their real estate investments. She’s always on the look-out for up and coming areas that will give her client’s the best return.

As a member of the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® (DMAR), has been on the Market Trends Committee since 2014 and is now the Chair of this committee that serves as the voice of real estate. An oft-quoted spokesperson for the industry, she has been interviewed by dozens of media outlets, including The Denver Post, The Denver Business Journal, 5280 Magazine, Forbes, Colorado Public Radio, ABC 7, 9 News, Fox 31, The London Financial Times, and CNBC. She is also a multi-year winner of both DMAR’s Excellence Award and 5280 Magazine’s Five Star Real Estate Agent Award.

Jill started out her career as a TV reporter/news anchor, Jill segued into restaurant marketing when she and her husband, Tom began a family. After the birth of her second son, she opened a home-based company selling baby blankets to Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales and high-end boutiques across the country. When her sons started school, she decided to explore her passion for real estate, which was born studying floor plans at the dining room table alongside her homebuilder father.

Even after 25 years in Denver, Jill is still proud of her small town North Dakota roots. A graduate of Minnesota State University, Jill considers herself a life-long learner and holds Certified Negotiation Expert and Relocation Specialist titles. Her meticulous research finds buyers their dream homes, while impeccable staging and marketing acumen produce top-dollar offers for sellers.

Jill was adopted and spent a short time in foster care and that is part of what shaped who she is today.  As a thank you for those who took care of her, Jill advocates on behalf of abused and neglected children by being a Court-Appointed Special Advocate (CASA). She’s also served on the American Diabetes Association board, to help push for a cure and to serve people, like her son, who was diagnosed with this chronic disease at the age of 10.

Jill loves combing through antique shops, watching movies, exploring Denver neighborhoods, and spending time with her cherished rescued Saint Bernard, Millie. But when asked how she enjoys spending her free time, she usually replies, “What free time? I work. It’s what I love to do.”
